About Us
The club was founded in August 2012 by Cllr. David Owen & Mrs Kelly Owen. There were a number of local runners interested in joining and the club developed within a matter of weeks. The club is going from strength to strength.
TRAINING
The running club meets every Tuesday & Thursday 6pm at the Life Centre, we run different routes around the valley as well as doing speed work sessions.
